These terms govern participation in the Ticket Sports Bar ("TSB") employee company communication program.

Program description

This program sends automated text message reminders to enrolled TSB employees regarding company communication program. It is an internal operational tool and is not available to customers or the general public.

Eligibility and enrollment

Enrollment is limited to current TSB employees who have provided written consent to receive these messages. TSB management maintains records of this consent.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on an employee's shift schedule and individual reminder settings, and may range from zero to several messages per day.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on the employee's mobile carrier and plan. TSB does not charge employees for participation in this program.

Opting out

An employee may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from this program. Replying HELP will return support contact information. Employees may also opt out by notifying TSB management directly.

No guarantee of delivery

TSB uses a third-party SMS provider to deliver these messages and does not guarantee message delivery, as delivery can be affected by carrier networks, device settings, or other factors outside TSB's control. This program is a convenience tool and does not replace an employee's own responsibility to accurately clock in and out.

Changes to this program

TSB may modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time.
