SMS Program Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Ticket Sports Bar ("TSB," "we," "us") collects and uses phone numbers as part of our internal employee communication text message program.

Who this applies to

This program is for TSB employees only. It is not used for customer marketing, promotions, or any communication with the public. No customer phone numbers are ever collected or used through this program.

What information we collect

• Employee name

• Employee mobile phone number

This information is provided directly by the employee for the sole purpose of receiving work-related time-clock reminders.

How we use this information

We use an employee's phone number to send automated text message work related communications. Message frequency varies based on an employee's personal settings.

Consent and opt-out

Employees provide written consent before being enrolled in this program. Consent is documented and kept on file by TSB management.

Employees may opt out of text reminders at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying HELP will return support contact information. Message and data rates may apply, subject to the employee's mobile carrier plan.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share employee phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to operate this internal reminder program, and are only shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) as strictly necessary to deliver these messages.

Data retention

Phone numbers are retained only as long as an employee is enrolled in the program or employed by TSB, and are removed upon request or upon end of employment.
